    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards and secure online payments.

    How much does shipping cost?

    Shipping is free for orders over €75. No hidden fees.

    When will my order be shipped?

    Orders placed before 16:00 are shipped the same day via PostNL.

    Can I pick up my order in person?

    Yes, in-store pickup is available. Simply select the option at checkout.

    Where do you ship?

    We currently ship within the Netherlands.

    How can I track my order?

    You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order is shipped.

    What’s your return policy?

    You can return unused items within 30 days. Just contact us to begin the process.

    Yes, returns are free within the return window.
